IBM Marketing Professional Intern, Field Marketing

  • Collaborated across Field Marketing (FM), Sales, and Analytics teams to align marketing initiatives and improve Client Interest (CI) conversion 

  • Created response-lead management (RLM) template for MCC community; developed seller enablement materials to improve sales to marketing communication 

  • Partnered with Automation FM team to assign 13 CIs for Evanta marketing event; rerouted and assigned CIs for flagship watsonx product to field sales, progressing 16 opportunities (100%) into the next sales stage (“working status”)
